Replying to a Thread in a Discussion Board

1. Click the Discussion Board button on the Course Menu.

2. Click the forum title to enter a discussion board forum.

3. Click the thread title to view a thread that has already been posted.

4. After reading the post, click one of the Reply buttons located on the thread detail page.

5. Post the text of your response in the Message box. You are allowed to change the subject line, if desired. Once the reply is ready to post, click the Submit button.

6. Posts within the thread will be displayed in a branching format. Responses are listed below parent posts, slightly indented. Click the subject lines to navigate between posts.
