Instructions to Enable JavaScript
Since the Browser Test
detected that JavaScript is not enabled in your browser, please follow these instructions to
enable JavaScript. These instructions are specific to
the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser. Choose "Tools"
and then "Internet Options" from the Main Menu. From the
"Internet Options" panel, choose the "Security" tab
and then choose the "Custom Level" button as shown below. 
You will then
see the "Security Settings" panel. Scroll down until you
see the settings for Scripting. Select the "Enable" or
"Prompt" radio button shown below and then click on the "OK" button.
Say "Yes" to any prompt that may say 'Are you sure you want to
change the security settings for this zone?'. Select the
"OK" button when you are returned to the "Internet
Options" panel. Return to the Browser
Test to check if the color changes when you place your mouse over the
JavaScript image.
