Advanced Course Menu

One of the first things you may notice with the app pack 3 update is that the menu has changed. Communication, Course Tools and Course Map are now in a box labeled Tools below the navigation buttons. For instructors there are two additional boxes on containing the Control Panel and a second with two buttons: Refresh and Detail View. Detail View allows users to view a more detailed navigation structure for the course.

Using the Detail View makes it easier to locate specific items that can be buried deep within the course. Because of this feature it is going to be very advantageous if you use descriptive names for every item you add to your course.
